These policies specify the principles and supplement the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of the eveyamin platform, which apply to all modules – in particular eve-Shop, eve-Guide and eve-Event.
They serve to ensure a safe, fair and legally compliant environment for all users and constitute binding standards of conduct and quality.
The following provisions relate to the eve-Shop module and form part of the platform policies of the eveyamin brand.
eve-Shop Seller Policies

§ 1
Scope and objective
(1)These policies apply to all sellers who offer products or services via the eve-Shop module.
(2)They specify the principles of safe, transparent and legally compliant trade and supplement the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of eveyamin.
(3)Compliance with these policies is a prerequisite for using the selling functions of the eve-Shop module.
§ 2
General seller obligations
(1)Sellers are obliged to design their offers in a complete, transparent and truthful manner.
(2)They bear sole responsibility for compliance with all statutory regulations, in particular in the areas of consumer, trademark, copyright, tax and product safety law.
(3)Sellers must act in good faith and may not mislead or disadvantage buyers.
§ 3
Product types, manufacture and quality standards
(1)On eve-Shop, only items whose origin, manufacture and condition are transparent, safe and legally compliant may be offered.
(2)Sellers must provide all required product information, safety markings and proof of origin.
(3)Both handmade and industrially manufactured products are permitted, provided they meet all statutory and platform-internal quality requirements.
(4)Permitted product categories include in particular fashion, home, books, art, cosmetics and music.
(5)Item descriptions, images and advertising statements must correspond to the actual product characteristics.
(6)eveyamin reserves the right to carry out quality checks and to block non-compliant items or seller accounts.
§ 4
Prohibited item categories
The following types of products are not permitted on eve-Shop:
1.Violent, extremist or self-harm content
Products that promote, depict or trivialise violence, terrorism, extremism or self-harm.
2.Alcohol, drugs, tobacco and medical products
The sale or promotion of alcohol, tobacco products, narcotics, psychoactive substances as well as medical devices or products making healing claims is prohibited.
3.Discriminatory, offensive or inciting content
Items that discriminate against, defame or degrade persons or groups on the basis of personal characteristics.
4.Products of human or animal origin
Items containing human body parts, bodily fluids or components of protected animal species are not permitted.
Only products of animal origin with demonstrably ethical and legal provenance are allowed.
5.Dangerous, prohibited or recalled products
These include in particular weapons, pyrotechnics, explosives, dangerous chemicals as well as products subject to official recalls.
6.Sexually explicit or youth-endangering content
Pornographic, offensive or youth-endangering depictions are prohibited.
Art with an educational or historical context may be permitted following a case-by-case review.
7.Counterfeits, trademark and copyright infringements
Offering non-authentic branded items, unauthorized reproductions or plagiarism is prohibited.
Sellers must provide proof of authenticity or licensing where required.
8.Products without legally required labeling
Items without CE marking, safety or content information may not be offered.
9.Internationally sanctioned or prohibited goods
Products subject to international export or trade sanctions are excluded from sale.
10.Instructions, software or devices for illegal activities
Any tools, documents or software that may serve the commission of unlawful acts are prohibited.
11.Items of unclear origin or lacking documentation
Products whose origin, safety or authorization cannot be verified may not be offered until clarification.
§ 5
Restricted products
(1)Certain items (e.g. antiques, collectibles or personalized objects) may only be offered if their authenticity and condition are documented in a verifiable manner.
(2)Additional age, usage or safety restrictions may apply to such products.
§ 6
Intellectual property and third-party rights
(1)Offering or advertising items that infringe the rights of third parties (e.g. copyright, trademark, design or personality rights) is prohibited.
(2)Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their offers do not infringe any protective rights and must, in case of doubt, check whether a license is required.
(3)eveyamin is entitled to remove allegedly infringing offers without prior notice.
(4)Sellers must, on request, provide proof of the origin, manufacture or licensing of their products.
(5)In the event of repeated or deliberate infringements, selling access may be permanently blocked.
§ 7
Presentation and product information
(1)All product details must be complete, correct and verifiable, in particular regarding material, origin, composition, dimensions, price and shipping.
(2)Product images must show the original product and may not be edited in a misleading way.
(3)Health, healing or efficacy claims are only permitted if they are objectively verifiable.
(4)Legally required labels, warnings and certificates must be indicated.
§ 8
Communication and community conduct
(1)Respectful, factual and professional interaction is mandatory across all communication channels of the platform.
(2)The following are prohibited in particular:
a) Harassment, discrimination or threats against other users,
b) Spam, aggressive advertising or manipulation of ratings,
c) Collusion on prices, ratings or search rankings,
d) The dissemination of violent, hateful or discriminatory content.
(3)Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions or permanent exclusions.
§ 9
Service and performance obligations
(1)Sellers must process orders promptly and adhere to agreed delivery times.
(2)Buyer enquiries must be answered within two working days.
(3)Return and complaint cases must be handled fairly and swiftly in accordance with the GTC of eveyamin.
(4)Processing transactions outside the platform is not permitted.
§ 10
Data protection and data processing
(1)Sellers must comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as the data protection provisions of the GTC.
(2)Personal data may only be used to process the transaction.
(3)Any disclosure or use for advertising purposes outside the platform requires the express consent of the person concerned.
§ 11
Integrity and fairness in trade
(1)Sellers commit to honest, transparent and fair business conduct.
(2)Manipulation of prices, ratings or sales figures is prohibited.
(3)Ratings may not be influenced by inadmissible incentives.
§ 12
Enforcement, sanctions and reports
(1)eveyamin is entitled to block, delete or permanently close offers or accounts if a violation of this policy or of statutory provisions is established.
(2)Members can report impermissible offers via the reporting function or customer service.
(3)Every report is treated confidentially and assessed according to a defined review procedure.
(4)Sanctions are imposed in observance of the principle of proportionality.
(5)In the event of serious legal violations, eveyamin may inform the authorities or initiate legal action.
§ 13
Amendments and updates
(1)These policies are reviewed regularly and adapted as necessary to legal and technical developments.
(2)Changes are announced on the platform and take effect upon publication.
(3)Sellers are obliged to inform themselves independently about the current version.
(4)Amendments or extensions of the GTC automatically also apply to sales via eve-Shop, insofar as they concern processes or obligations there.
§ 14
Final provisions
(1)These policies form a binding part of the terms of use of the eveyamin platform.
(2)By listing products, sellers declare their express agreement with these provisions.
(3)Should any provision of this policy be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
